So at least that is cleared up.
I think you need to look at a few things.
1. Could you get a weekly lodger to take one room just Monday to Thursday - the income is not taxed and would help reduce your outgoings. Get the cheques made out to the LL not you.
2. Look at the links above regarding clicks and surveys; you might make £30-50 per month not taxable.
3. review the freebies and Money Saving Old Style Forums on here for everything from free stuff to do with the kids to very cheap meals.
4. Join www.freegle.co.uk for houshold stuiff, some clothes for yourself, "pre-loved" presents for the kids (or freecycle if it still runs your area).If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
