I have used the basic white bread mixture in the breadmaker cookbook but added a bit more water - and it tastes fantastic with no sinking 
my 4 year old told me off the other day for giving him sliced bread for his school lunch :rotfl: cos he prefered mine - so now he can have it every day

Well done Swampy, I am about to attempt another loaf after the last failure which I think was down to using old yeast. Fingers crossed!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
