Hi All....One of our debts has been passed to Moorcroft Debt Recovery,we have been on a DMP for 8 months now...just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them,

Yup, they are pains.
They have a system of sending out standardised threatening letters. They particulary love to threaten baylifs, court orders and home collection.
The letters are usualy headed 'Pre-Court Division' and are designed to pressure you into paying back at a rate you can't aford.
Take them seriously but dont get bullied. Also search for more info on forums so you can see their tacticts.
