has anyone any experiance of offering a full and final settlement of unsecured debts......are they liable to acept a lumpsum instead of recovering nothing if someone declaresz themselves bankrupt

I have negotiated with some creditors and they have accepted something rather than nothing. Best advice is to be honest with them and explain your sitauation calmly.Terriblesaver - hoping to improve!!! Unsecured debt ... £[STRIKE]57938[/STRIKE] £51453
