Just a word of warning - I placed a couple of orders with Debenhams [using this code so as to bump up my Nectar card points] and to my horror when checking my bank statement on Saturday, Debenhams had helped themselves to SIX lots of my money! 2 were correct, one was £10 too much, and the other 3 were completely invented!

When I called their customer services, I was met by the rudest woman on the planet who should be sacked for some of the stuff she said, and the way she handled things. She called me a liar and said I'd been sent stuff which I knew I hadn't, and then told me "you're happy to keep the shoes though arent you!" I was like "WHAT SHOES? I didn't order any!!"

"Computer says no" doesn't even begin to cover this thieving idiot.
