We would never have been able to borrow £125K.

But we paid £13K on top of the silly amount we had as a deposit.

We are lucky as we have offset and interest per month is only about £45 so it means we can pay if off quicker.

And we pay the same amount now as when we had £35K mortgage on a one bedroom flat :eek:
