I'm now officially bankrupt

As of 11.02 am 06/08/10 i am bankrupt.
Wasn't anywhere as bad as i thought. All the court staff were very professional and completely non-judgemental.
Turned up, handed over my forms and the fee, the clerk checked them over, sat in the waiting room for 5mins, the clerk came back and said my bankruptcy had been granted and she was going to type up my paperwork.
All done and dusted in half an hour, didn't even have to see the judge
Then about an hour later i received a phone call from the OR's office saying that i would receive an appointment in the next few weeks for an interview with the examiner and to sit tight til then.
Thats a massive weight off my shoulders and now i can sleep at night without worrying about court action and creditors chasing me.
A big thankyou to everyone who has replied to my posts and offered advice. It is greatly appreciated.
One quick question, court action has already started to repossess my home and i have a court date on 16/08/10, what happens regarding this? I am not fighting it at all and they can come and take it whenever they please
When the OR calls do i tell them it is being repossessed or wait til it happens and inform them of my new SOA when i move in with my OH?
Will they think there is something untoward when i put on my SOA the cost of the mortgage when i am not actually paying it at the moment due to the repo?

Congratulations for taking control and being debt free! There is life after bankruptcy - I did the deed over 2 years ago and don't regret it for one minute. Ahhh the joys of being able to sleep at night.

Well done.
Just a quick point about the repossession (you probably already know this so forgive me if I am telling you something you are aware of ...) be careful not to sign anything from your mortgage lender regarding the repossession - they can repossess without your signature! You may unwittingly commit yourself to being responsible for any negative equity, even post bankruptcy. As it stands, any shortfall will get included in the bankruptcy and you will be rid of that too.0
