Please help! Can't find good fitting jeans for my shape. I have a small waist, big bum and thighs, bootleg stretch seem to make my thighs look bigger. Boyfriend jeans with low rise give me a muffin top!

Have you got a New Look shop close by? They do an amazing range of jeans in different styles, sizes, lenghts...
After years of shopping around and spending ridiculous money on designer jeans, this is the one shop where I can rely on finding a pair of reasonably prized jeans to fit me. And if you think New Look is only for teenagers, I am 49 years old!
Actually, Littlewoods isn't bad either, just as a watchout, their sizes turn out rather large.0 -
Afraid to say with jeans, its try on try on and try on loads of different styles and places
I am the same shape as you and find GAP do the best fitting ones for me....I have their curvy ones, which are not too low on the waist

I have the same problem, as do some of my friends. I think there is a huge untapped market out there!
Anyway, the best jeans i have found are Levi's, either Flare or Booty Flare are brilliant. I luckily got mine in the sale as i wouldn't pay full price for them. I got 4 pairs for under £100 last year:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Have you tried Apple Bottom jeans? They're quite cheap in TK Maxx.
Not tried them myself-I'm more 'Prune Bottom' than Apple Bottom!:rotfl:0 -

Didn't realise tk would have these! Do they do plain or skinny pairs? I've seen them in other shops and thought the shape would suit me (small with a humongous !!!! that is squeezed into uncomfortable and unattractive positions by jeans from topshop, h&m, river island...) but they were all a bit blinged out and I just want plain skinny jeans.missingink wrote: »Have you tried Apple Bottom jeans? I've recently had a pair of Gap jeans for my birthday, they are 'curvy' ones and fit well
Also i have a £10 pair of jeans from New Look which fit well, and they had different lengths/colours.

The best jeans i've had for fitting recently is from littlewoods, it was from a £1 glitch last year, they are the kitty ones but they fit on me fab and very comfy. I've got a very straight up and down figure though
so i like the flare/bootcut at the bottom to balance me a bit. 0
