Release of Trustee - Early Discharge?

Hi everyone,
Don't know if this has been covered, a search turned up hundereds of results.
I received a letter from OR yesteday dated 3 August, a covering letter said basically they were applying to Sec. of State for release as trustee. At the bottom it says along the lines of if you are not already discharged that the release of trustee won't affect discharge date.
However, on copy of letter to creditors, it says the same about releasing as trustee, but they have 28 days from 3 aug to object to early discharge and they intend to file with the courts for early discharge.
Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, but I'm confused and I can't speak to OR until Monday
.
Basically, I see one letter saying they intend ED, but the front letter seems to say thats not the case?
Thanks.
David,
Ps: was only BR on 29 Mar
brilliant if I get ED. x

The front letter says that they have finished one of their jobs (that of trustee) that does not mean that you are discharged. The other one is saying that they are starting the process so you may get ED at some point in the futureHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks debtinfo, I did think along those lines as I know its not a guaranteed ED, but one can hope
.
Thank you
