hi i am currently going through the tupe procedure.i have worked for my old company for 10 years and we are being transferred to new company on the 1st september.at the moment there is very limited work available and we are having to bank our hours,basically i m working 18 hours a week but still getting paid for my contracted 37 and a half hours.i then have to after transfer work extra hours to pay this time back.has anyone heard of this happening before end is it enforcable?0
