My parents aren't very good at filing paperwork - I'll have a search sometime but am not holding out much hope of finding anything.

My grandmother is in her 90s now but is still alive and still banking with Natwest as far as I know. But she hasn't spoken to my father in over 10 years because he lost my trust fund money.

Well then I am sure she will speak to you if it helps you recover the money.

Have a search on the London Gazette website and find your parents entry, that should give a clue to where to ring to talk to the OR's office.

Thanks tigerfeet - had no idea I could look up the bankruptcy order on London Gazette website. Now I know they filed for bankruptcy 5th Dec 1996 and it gives the OR address in Bournemouth.
