Borrowing without credit search

Follwing on from another thread re wanting to borrow 10K somebody mention 'internal lending limits'.
Is this like the guaranteed loans you sometimes see offered?
Can anyone give me further information.
Bank is HSBC btw.

It is not going to happen. Sorry. Even if you are pre-assessed by the organisation, they will still conduct a credit search.Best Regards
