Feeling a bit :eek: and a bit today, ex is coming down sunday to collect his stuff and has decided to take B back to the midlands with him until thursday...this will be the longest ive spent away from her (1 night is the longest until now) and am dreading it.

Don't dread it until he actually follows through. And on the plus side think how much you'll be able to get done!

Its a difficult situation Sal...don't forget I am not that far away should the need arise. Try to give yourself lots of things to do and keep yourself busy, and try to make the most of it with R....

In my world....I am minding Ryan all day today. Natalie is a birthing partner for her friend who is now 3cms dilated. So I am going to try and do the washing and finally get my stuff ebayed and house cleaned.

Sal - I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry, enjoy your time with R. My ex managed to take DD's away for the weekend once, he never offered again, the novelty soon wears off when they realise they have to deal with the tired and cranky side of life too.

Sam - Have a fun day with Ryan - is he walking now?

No plans for today, DD's are both off out, DH's parents were coming to dinner but I don't think they'd appreciate chilli-avec-snot so we've put them off.

No he combat crawls at some speed Pooky...and he can stand up now...not easy on polished wooden floors!

And he has an obsession with opening and closing doors....

Yes pooky, its not like its going to happen very often and im sure the hard work of 4 days on the trot will be enough to put him off for a while lol!

Morning all - very laid back this morning. Must hit the shower. Washing is on the line though.
Not sure what my day holds. Supposed to be going to a Body Shop party tonight at DD1s. Don't won't to go - no money for a start - but she expects me to be there and you don't argue with DD1! Samuel was puking yesterday so maybe she will cancel.

Sally - it will be hard but why not make yourself a mini list of all the stuff you can achieve without being interupted.
