Have just received a letter from Shoosmiths re N/W credit card demanding payment and threatening legal action. In the same envelope was a letter addressed to someone else relating to their credit card account - unbelievable! It had details of address, account number, amount owed etc.
Any ideas as to what I should do with it - have aready sent a letter of complaint but given they are going to issue proceedings against me, wouldn't mind getting a bit of revenge somehow.
