hi I have just completed the SOA on the cccs site. Not good news!
The results : basically I am (minus Disp Income) in the region of £100-£200 per mth.
CCCS result - Make token payments and stick to it. only pay what u can afford and let the creditors know asap.
I am in a position at the moment whereby I am only going to pay £1 to each per month. This is because I have to pay my mtg, car fuel, food etc.
Has anybody done this ?
What are the affects on the credit rating?
What about charges etc/will charges build up etc.
Help....;)

Hi bobsky,
I only paid £1 per month for few months and then increased it slightly. Eventually, all my creditors passed the debts onto dca's who did not charge further interest, but the accounts had already been hiked with charges by the creditor. If you are doing this, you will probably receive defaults etc which will be on your credit file for 6 years in total and make it very difficult to get credit.
Good luck in getting sortedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
