Does anyone know what the Google logo is supposed to be for today? You know how they do special logo's for different things and you click on it and it tells you what it represents, well today's is a load of spots but when you put the mouse near them they blow all over the screen and I just wondered what it represented:o ok I know it's sad:p

I am awfully sad too then BL, i spent way too much time trying to find out what it was this morning chasing them all around the screen, i even took to trying to 'sneak up' on them by leaving my cursor in the corner of the screen then moving it really quickly, now that IS sad!. :rotfl::rotfl: Still have no clue though.

Evening everyone.... now do I spend the evening on here with you lot or do the ironing.... there is sooooooooooo much of it :(

I'm with AllieBallie. There is never ever a reason to iron that cannot be overcome by a bit of fabulous proscrastination. Though delegation works even better (though I've no-one to delegate it to so I just go wrinkly ;) ).
    Afternoon All,

Hope everyone's ok today. Had torrential rain this morning but sun trying to peep through now.

Allie - Well done on getting the phone, I need to sort mine out as I'm due an upgrade but I think I might swap over to payg cos I don't know if I can commit to another 2 year contract the way things are right now and I'm not too fussy about getting a new phone.

Hi Spoon - I'm OK thanks, hope you are too.

Erme - You seem to be in a better place at the moment;)

Hi Watalie - Hope you're not too busy today, although it seems to be a busy time for a lot of people here.

Anyone know when Handy is back and where are Tixy & Nicca? Hope they are all OK

Spooky! I must have sensed your telepathic message BL! Thank you for thinking of us all. I can't speak for Tixy but I seem to be running round like a bit of a headless chicken at the moment trying to grab a wee bit of time to sneak on the interweb. :D Always thinking of you you guys though and constantly trying to figure out how many NSDs I've had in a week too!

I hope every-one is doing well. I miss you all and one day I will catch up with myself :rotfl:

BL and If... good job on bumping duties today! It was very short-staffed here today wasn't it!

Red - what is your job? I'm curious! Love isn't a word I associate with work. ;) :rotfl:

  • Evening All,

Have just got back from the hospital, OH has been having chest pain on and off for a while now, he's been in before but they really don't know what it is, so they're keeping him in again for tonight anyway, bless he's in a lot of pain, strange though that nothing is showing up:o

On here Watalie much more entertaining than ironing, the only time all my ironing ever gets done is if we're going on holiday and we haven't had one of those for 8 years:eek::o tbh I haven't got enough wardrobe space if it was all done, at least I can stick it in the ottoman out of the way..that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it:o

Red - You are lucky to have a job that you enjoy so much, you don't mind doing it then or being so busy do you.

Glad the danish went down a treat, any left?..silly question :D

....... off to car boot now though we don't set up straight away on a Tuesday as it is a very quiet day - we have a few cuppas with our mates first .................

Now when I said that Tuesday was a quiet day at the car boot, I did not think it would be as quiet as it turned out - 3 stalls and about a dozen people walking round

At least hubbie got the stall set up for Friday - actually, when he decided to do the car boots again, knowing that Tuesdays are slow, we decided that he would still do them 'cause as long as he covered his pitch money, then it gave us a chance to set up in peace ready for the bigger Friday one when it is manic when you are trying to set up. Well, he took £9.35, pitch fee is £6, meaning he made a profit of £3.85 (at least that's 85p better than last week!!!) :j;)

Lovely to see you on-line tonight Nicca - work interfering with your life again?? :D:D

I seem to have missed the danish pastries, which is just as well after I pinched the last lot for myself :o

    Evening again folks:j,

I thought some of you may like some crumble as Geebee was very quick last night. It was me who had the first piece by the way, so please don't blame anyone else:p! Apologies for the amount of Ice Cream, but at least there will be enough for everyone:D. Borassic, I hope your OH is feeling better soon.
