Good afternoon trollbusters - visitors left last night taking DS with them so it's just me, OH, the cat and the fish...and the chicken for a few days. I have put on half a stone since the start of August due to going on holiday and feeding the five thousand over the Bank Hol weekend, so it's back to healthy eating today. Home made yoghourt, melon and blueberries for breakfast, baked beans on muffins for lunch, and a salad dinner tonight. Back to work tomorrow - nights, four in a row.

Lanzarote So looking forward to the break in the sun, also the fact I'll be able to spend time with my OH. He works away through the week so we only see each other when he comes home at weekend. Will be nice to have a week of waking up together.
Although, he snores like a train so by halfway through, I might be ready to kill him :rotfl:
