I had the doc out last night cos of my weakness(I slept for 18 hours) and like he said the S word was getting worse and I'm like "don't think so deluded nutter.". He wanted me to have more medicine and go to the hosp re stomach. I refused both..

I'm going to diet and shift another 7lbs - 1 stone soon I think. I think it's necessary..I'm currently 169cm and 58.1kg

I'm not sure who you think I'm spying for, but I can assure you, I'm NO SPY! I enjoy a Bottle of Red or two and share it to be sociable (in the virtual sense anyway) with the rest of the members! Your very welcome to a glass or two if you wish! For the rest of you, it's that time of the day again. I'm always on my best behaviour!! Glasses at the ready folks!:beer:
