Well, I must have got out of the right side of the bed this morning! I've taken a big bag of empties to the tip. I've been 'collecting' them for months waiting till I had enough to make it worthwhile. I was worried about looking like an alchy till I saw Handy's pics of Lady H's. I went to get some curtains I'd seen for my bedroom that were reduced, but they didn't have the right size, then had a mooch for a housewarming present for sister, I saw a couple of things but I'm not sure about them so I'll wait and look again in a couple of days.

I'm now debating going into town for a couple of things I need, and a coffee since I have one left on my Starbucks card, but it's raining...

There seems to be a bit if a cake shortage, so here's some to keep us going.

(shamelessly copied and pasted from another post cos I don't have a clue how to put them in from scratch!)

Ames, just what I needed thank you x

I've just had two kids at the door asking me if I wanted to buy a cat. How odd.

It sounds like they were Catnappers!:eek::eek:
If you had bought it they would probably wait for it to go out and then sell it on to someone else.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That is definitely odd, Ames, probably selling their own cat, waiting for it to return home and then selling it again - enterprising kids:D
