bank charges

can somone please give me any advice on awaiting statements from the bank regarding re claiming bank charges. i wrote to HSBC regarding charges, on one account they sent a few of the statements and comfirmed in writing that others on another account where to follow. the 40 days has now elapsed yesterday and i have no statements. what do i do now ???????? any ideas please is appreciated. thanks.
