Instead of wasting your time huffing and puffing around on here you should just get onto CCCS and have them do you a Debt Relief Order to get all that debt written off.

"Huffing and puffing around?" Charming
Also a Debt Relief Order would have the same effect as bankruptcy, which would be even worse for my credit rating than a CCJ!

I feel so sorry for all thoses poor students with outstanding Loans to pay and not being able to afford it due to University. They worked hard to get there in the first place it should be a benefit in the end coming out qualified and getting a good well-paid job.0

It reduced the time from 6years to just 12months.
Aren't you the model citizen??
Has your financial stupidity taught you anything about what money is, or taught you not to be so stupid by buying things you have absolutely no chance of ever paying for???
Nah! didn't think so. It is all their fault after all.
Nobody could blame you for being a bit slow could they?
EDIT: Seems the thieving !!!!!! toerag has deleted his posts.....Good.Beware of imitations e.g. Robert Sterling0 -
Yes, but a DRO remains on your credit rating for 6 years like bankruptcy0

I do feel bad for you as its horrible living in a miserable situation and worrying about money.I know you are hoping that things will get better if you move and do the "fresh start" thing. If it was me (and with the benefit of hindsight!!) I would look at paying what you already owe before trying to borrow more. It's harder to get credit at the moment and your current finances make it unlikely you will get the cash you need.
If you come to an arrangement to repay your current debts then you will still be in your early 20's with a clean slate.
Have a look at DFW boards as they would offer support to pay what you owe without borrowing more.

Is bankruptcy not 10 years?
OP, why not post a SOA. That way we can maybe help you with repayments without you having to get more credit. Although borrowing money to pay off another debter seems like a good idea it never seems to work that way.
Is there no way you could maybe get a 2nd job? Bar work etc, I realise that you will be taxed at BR but it would help get things cleared quicker. Bar works good too as you can make some good tips if you smile enough :rotfl:Personally I work PT in a call centre and PT in a resteraunt/bar and I bring home a decent wage, ok no social life but if you are skint then you won't be spending on entertainment anyway.0
