We need rather more information than this.

    What sort of debt?

Do you own your own house?

I assume you admitted the case and offered £65 bu were told to pay £265?

    Ok

I think I have got my head round this.

Natwest want to go for a forthwith order, that you will be unable to meet and then secure the loan using a charging order.

if you have paid the £65 per month awarded by the court, then you should be able to prevent this using Mercantile v Ellis - look that up and learn about it.

Di you have the defualt letters for this account? If so go and post allover MSE tonight to up your post count. Then scan the letter (remove name, bar codes, account numbers) and post it here. Will look in tomorrow.

Funny enough, I was paying my CCJ in time, the amount was 13.45 a month, but they didn't like it, and they went for a CO, and the judge say ok, so it went forthwith, and then i had the CO on my property, and all this happened in 2006, so did they play with my no knowledge of the system? I guess they did
