Good luck, I wish more people had the courage to complain when they've been done over. For that matter I wish I had the courage as often as I ought as well!
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

they seem to add HUGE charges ot accounts in default!!! I had a catalogue with them (a few actually...!) with £125 credit limits, I am now getting bills for £300 and more for each, this is after just a year of not been paid means they only get £1 a month now though!

  • Hi

I've not had a problem (touch wood) with JD, they where the first company to accept my DMP and so far I haven't heard a peep from them.

Creditors treat everybody differently for some reason and if they treat you unfairly it is definatley worth complaining, you have nothing to loose.

I find them easier to deal with than the Shop Direct group

Sorry, what have they done wrong?

I've dealt with them for my mate and they were nightmares. They used to ring her from mobile numbers and all sorts, and she literally got bombarded with calls.
I;ve dealt with them and they've been a bit a.rsey sometimes but they've by and large left me alone.
