Credit Card Debt Problem

I have been told there are template letters available somewhere in this website (Martin Lewis' MoneySavingExpert.com) for writing to the company explaining financial hardship but I cannot locate them! My hardship has arisen through illness and I would be very grateful for help and for somebody to point me in the right direction of where the template letter would be for this type of letter. Thank you very much.

Hi havenocash,
What are you looking for the letter to achieve? There are different letters to offer reduced payments, ask to freeze interest, look at claiming back charges etc.0
