Asda online shop problems

Has anybody had any problems ordering online from Asda?
Will give details of the problems.
We ordered and went back to change order goods were still in the trolley so just added to this and confirmed the changes.
The next day delivery comes and there's 2 * the one shop the 2nd one with extra items on it we had added.
No problems says the driver we'll just return the smaller one and get a full refund.
So we hand back everything sign to confirm it's all back.
2 weeks go and we've not had a refund phone them up and they say there only refunding the £12 of goods we sent back and £2 of the delivery (So charged £4 + £2 delivery for one shop which should only be £4 :S)
They say the reason they've only refunded the £12 is because we kept nappys of £17. We returned the nappys and only got 2 packs yet there saying we got 4 :S.
Stores denying we returned it because it was'nt in the van when it arrived back but we definately sent it in the van :S Why should we have to prove that the van driver never returned it? :S
Should have known this would happen the delivery driver was too busy training a trainee
