    Hhaha.

Oh dear. This thread went all quiet didn't it when I typed the right numbers in.

The bears were hunting when I made a mistake.

This week must be like hell on earth for them. The rents due as well. Do the Samaritans have a HPC sub section?

A 10 to 15 year time span is a equivalent to a gentle downwards slope not a cliff. Property markets are illiquid so any correction will take time to wash through.

And can you kindly explain how you have worked this out, or are you just making one of your statements with nothing to back it up?

If you have got a explanation you are in the wrong job........

Oh yeah sibley. You have us all on the run with your superior intellect. You can't even decide how much you paid for your house. You should sort your story before you come on here.

50% off current valuation would fling us into negitive equity by about 3k so nope. Can't sell if price does not clear mortgage.
