Response from Credit Issues / MJP

has anyone had any positive experiences with Credit Issues / MJP Justice..as I haven't and don't really know how to get my money back.
It was suggested (back in 2008) that I use them to see if I could get any/all of a loan with cahoot paid off due to irregularities etc. Through a broker I paid £450-£500 to Credit Issues up front on the understanding that I would get £400 back if they could not pursue / were not successful.
However despite several inital letters and many follow up phone calls nothing further ever appears to have happened and I have been trying for ages now to simply get my £400 back as lost all confidence in them. Was told on a few occasions that either my money was being returned or that my case had been succesful but again nothing more ever heard.
I'm at the stage where £400 is vey much needed...just to be able to pay some of debts off.
Ay other thoughts or suggestions?

Hi,
I've never heard of them, but I'll bump this up and hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can advise.
Good luckIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
