Feeling great today, R paid all the deposit and monies for our new home yesterday so its all very real now. He's been in such a happy good mood and its lovely to see :)

Off to work in a minute, got to take B with me today so hoping I can keep her amused for the 3.5 hours this morning!

    Oh Sal - How exciting!

Claire - if we ever get our machine fixed I'll be giving you some competition in the washing stakes!:rotfl:

Just learned that China is mine all mine! :rotfl:

Had a wee spinaroo this morning and some weights. Feeling a bit tired today but nothing an early night won't fix.

Didn't recognise myself with the new avvy :o

    Morning,
I'm off to get some bits filled out for my application for college and then will drop it off-then I will be looking after 5 kids today while DH and his mate plaster my kitchen. It's NEARLY done now and is looking really good. I think I have decided on tiles for the splash back now and I am failry certain I am going to paint it a light celery green.

    Morning everyone! :hello:

I had the most AMAZING time last night on my date! :blushing: Hubby took me to a Michelin starred restaurant!!!!! Eeeek!! The food was just gorgeous and we had such a lovely time! And this evening my wee best chum of a Mummy arrives! Yippeeee!! :j On my new garden front, yesterday morning I took some pictures of it so my friend in work could see how much space we had, you see, his wife has a garden centre so he brought the pictures home to show her and then came in this morning with 2 pages of notes for me on what would be good to grow and with other really useful advice for a gardening novice like me! I thought that was so thoughtful of them – I think I might bake something and bring it in for them to say thank you.

Lots going on with all of you this morning….

CC – yay for the payment!! That is brill! Well done :T
Red – yay for the swimming, not so yay for the sore arms!
Sal – that is just brill news for the house – eeeek! So exciting and so fab to see R all happy :D
Claire – hope the hospital visit goes well for your Mum
Bunny – hope the application writing goes well (I have to print out about 3 copies of application forms – I always get nervous and make mistakes! :o)
    Luc – erm….China??

Okay, better get back on to Ry*nair – I am trying to book flights as my pre-paid Mastercard arrived last night.

    Jo :)

  • Afternoon everyone,

Not having the forums this morning has thrown me a bit!

Claire, hope everything goes ok with at the Hospital.

Luc, can you please pass some of your fitness mojo my way please?

Sal, I'm really excited for you.

    Red, afternoon.

    CC1982, welcome back. :-)

Bun,:eek: to looking after 5 kids.

    Jo, where did you go?

The job that my OH may go for is in Kurdistan, hmm!

I've put my name down to go to the works CHristmas party and I'm sending him mixed signals about wanting to move abroad! :rotfl::rotfl:

Onwards and upwards, I've decided I'm not going to have asay in what car he buys, I'm going to be a grown up and let him buy what he wants to buy. Will keep you posted.

  • Morning all,

all seems good here, Luc I wish I could like exercise as much as you! And Bun good luck for the application fingers crossed xxx

Sal, bet you are beside yourself with excitement!

I had a driving lesson and did scary roundabouts, just about kept my nerve, only a few squeaks! I have also been sorting out my bank accounts and standing orders and stuff. I need to close accounts and/or move everything to one place too many accounts = confusion and money in stupid places.

Happy rest of the day folks xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
