Hi I have an ongoing case with the Csa and it has finally gone to civil action and a liability order has been lodged with my ex for the £12500 of arrears! The issue is he has spoken to the sheriff and said he's going to lodge an objection and the nice sheriff said ok the Csa have not been given a deadline but the order has not been granted! Now my ex has 6 kids I have 3 of and he's used every trick not to pay and lied constantly can he get legal aid to fight his case considering he has an income and property rental income too? Is the sherriff siding with him and even though he has a criminal record and never paid towards child support will he get this and win his case against the liability order or will it be eventually granted? Really fed up being skint and him getting away with this Ice have taken on my case but surely more public funds cannot be wasted on this! The case is with criminal, fraud, legal and ice enforcement help please the guy is a bleep and seems to have got the sheriff to take on the sob story too
Have u managed to get a liability order through Csa and get the arrears 1 vote
