How do I reserve and collect instore, I've added the item to my basket and I've checked stock in my store and it's available. But how do I know its been confirmed as reserved for me? It's just sat in my basket:mad:

Hi jacand,

I had the same problem this morning..:)

You need to click "make (store name) my reserve and collect store" from store result page. Then click "continue shopping".

After doign that, on "your shopping list" page, you'll see Reserve and Collect "check out" button.

have just had confirmation by text from B&Q that they have reserved a romsey 5 piece for me can collect it in the morning. AT £23.91 a total bargain. That is daughters birthday present sorted. I am sure she will be thrilled.
