I have sold things, i have also given a lot away to family and friends that i think could do with cheering up . I have also used items for birthdays etc. I see my hobbie as not getting things for free but working for it since i enter 100 a day it takes many hours

If you have won something it is yours to do as you please and I personally don't see anything wrong in selling it especially in todays economic climate. I tend to enter everything I want or like the look of and then assess whether I want to keep, give away, donate to charity or sell.1. Cash
2. Holiday 3. Shoes 4. Car (well dream big!!!!!)
5. TV 6. I PAD 7. Kindle 8. Wii/X box kinect
9. Smeg fridge/freezer 10. Jewellery
11. Make up

I have occasionally, and I don't see anything wrong with it. Afterall, if you win something its your property and its entirely up to you what you do with it.Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Thanks to them he is getting a little stronger every day.:A:A:A0

I don't think there is anything wrong with it, it is only like swapping the prize for cash and you won it fair and square.
Haven't myself, but that might be something to do with the fact that I haven't won anything yet! Lol

I keep some things, give some things away, give some as presents and sell things. I needed a new computer for example so was entering comps for them and won one but it took 6 months to come and I had to buy one as my old one went bang so when my win turned up there was no point keeping it as I don't need 2 computers so I sold it and used the cash for other stuff I needed.0

I've not sold anything, I've used them up for presents, but if I won something I couldn't use, I wouldn't hesitate to ebay it. There are also some runner up prizes that might not be the thing that you entered for but if you win one have no use for, and they would be perfect for ebaying I would have thought.0

Yes i have sold/swapped a few things.More recently something that i loved and would loved to have kept but when my kitchen floor needs replacing and my son needs a new bed how can i walk around with a designer item worth abit when other things are needed more.x0

The reason I asked was because I entered a couple of competitions to win a Wii. I already have one (a handmedown from my brother) so I'd probably just eBay it and spend the money on something better.
Only just started doing competitions properly so I was just interested to see what the proper comping etiquette is
