Hi everyone
I was hoping for some useful information today. Ive got home from work and had a letter from the court regarding my re - determination from Restons solicitors, local court want me to attend.
Im starting to worry because i dont know what to expect or what is expected from me, ive never had to do this before and the letter is very vague. Am i expected to take anything with me? What sort of questions will they ask? am i even expected to speak?
Any advice or information would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have to attend 28th September, so enough time. I just want to be prepared. The letter says it lasts 15 minutes.0

Hi, sorry I haven't been in the situation myself so can't help directly - I'm sure there's plenty of lovely people on here that can though.
I was just going to suggest you give the court a ring and ask. You can probably find a receptionist/secretary or whatever who can talk you through it a bit and at least you'll know the arrangements for that particular court then.
Good luckI'm a qualified accountant but please make sure you get expert advice as any opinion is made in a private capacity.
