Hey mummy welcome to the madhouse!

the call you'll receive will be from an assistant of the official receivers office (they will handle the paperwork & reasons why you became bankrupt..go through your spending etc)
they usually ring about a day or two after bankruptcy to arrange an appt to interview you either face to face or over the telephone

the traffic fines...what were they for?

    and who issued them

  • Hi

Traffic fines issued for a motoring offence in the magistrates court will not be included in BR - you need to deal with the bailiffs
Traffic fines aka penalty charge notices for parking offences/congestion charge etc will be included in BR - do not allow the bailiff entry and inform them of your BR.
