asda vouchers question

just a quickie, do asda accept vouchers from other shops magazines irrespective of what they are for and whether you have the items in your basket, cheers

i know they accept things like nectar vouchers, but not too sure if they will accept vouchers from other stores for products different to what they state.

My local Asda displays a big sign saying that they accept Tesco & Sainsburys vouchers, but I have never tried other shops' vouchers. Not yet anyway

I asked last week and it just means if you get a voucher that says something like "spend £50" and get £5 off"--which is apparently what Sainsburys occasionally send out with Nectar points. They don't have vouchers out of other shops' magazines.
