hi guys
i have now decided im going to offer my creditors £1 token payment. iam waiting for divorce/finances to be sorting so i can do dro.
think this is best cos at least then im making an effort.
been advised about charging orders being worst case scenerio. said that would effect ex husband,oh well lol.
it will be a struggle but im hoping thats the best thing to do?

Hi Mandyl,
If you are struggling with payments then yes is a good plan to make token payments to your creditors since at least they can see you are making an effort and not just ignoring them.
Are you trying to sell your house at the moment, since as far as I am aware you can't have any assets for a dro. Will this give you any extra that could help with the debts?
If you want to try posting up a statement of affairs then people will be able to give more specific advice based on your circumstances.0 -
