Offer ends 10/08/10 in my Tesco. (Hereford) Did stock up although in reality it means I'll have eaten them by the end of the week.

Thanks, what a great recipe!
You know the bit where it says 'chocolate for the top' I think I'd have to eat it while the rest is chilling :cool:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving, Gardening, and Crafting boards.

Here's the Cheesecake one for anyone intrested;· 8oz digestive biscuits, crushedMint Areo Cheesecake
· 4oz marg/butter
· 200g philidelphia cheese
· 250ml carton of double cream
· 4oz of icing sugar
· 2 large bars of mint aero
Biscuit Base
1/ melt the margarine in the microwave
2/ add the biscuits into the margarine and make sure that its well mixed together.
3/ Press into a 8-10” (depends on what size you have, how thick you like your cheesecake) Loose bottom tin
Making the filling
1/mix the philidephia cheese and icing sugar together
2/whip up the double cream I used an electric whisk it was easier it just needs to look fluffy
3/add the whipped cream to the philidelphia mixture and mix well together
4/ now chop up the aero bars you can have them as small as pieces as you want but make sure they are small enough to mix through the mixture and keep a small amount to decorate the top
5/ add the aero to the mixture and pour it over the biscuit base and smooth it all out and add the remaining aero pieces to the top
6/ chill in fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!0
