Not only have I has numerous phone calls from them but also voice texts on my BT line - I keep telling them I don't have sky and no one in the house is interested in watching sports but it doesn't seem to get through!0

I broke my toe when I slipped trying to get to the phone. They were phoning to see if I wanted to sue anyone. Can I use them to sue them, using no fee thing. After all it was they who caused me to slip?0
