struggling to cancel credit expert trial

i signed up for the credit expert 30 day free trial, i now regret it and cannot work out how to cancel it before it charges me anything...
do i just ring up? anyone got the correct number to ring?

Have you tried phoning the general number? That's what I did, although it was a few years ago. Didn't have any problems: 0844 481 0800 (From their website)0

i checked my credit report, a few parts are wrong and its not up to date, what do i do about this?0

Check your report online and save a copy to your PC, just so you have one for your records. I did it last august, not sure where the button is to do it, I think its on view previous reports.
Ring up and cancel your free trial so you are not charged.
Once that is done. Then query the information that is incorrect, you should be able to do this on the phone with the same operator after you have cancelled the trial.
