changing direct debit date - how?

hi, my monthly pay comes in on the 19th of each month, all my direct debits are set up to come out on the 20th exept my o2 phone bill which comes on the 4th.
i would like to change this to the 20th also, do i go into the shop and ask or is there a number i should ring to do this?
please help :money:

Hi, you need to call customer services. I did this last week and they were more than helpful and got it changed straight away:j *~* 2011 - TRY TO GET CREDIT CARD AS LOW AS POSS BUT STILL HAVE FUN *~* :j0

Yes, I had occasion to phone them last week to drop down a tariff, and they were very helpful. I phoned 212 from my mobile and worked my way through the "press this, that and 'tother" 'till I got an adviser.0
