RM6 as in the 1970's classic moped?I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

I would go with the cccs.I am debt free now but in 2001 i divorced and my ex left me 29000 in debt.went to get an iva but managed to get out of it in the 1st 2 months as i was not happy paying then a admin fee to deal with my account. Then was guided towards cccs who took the 2900 of debt and got all interest frozen and by 2009 i was finally debt free to which i thought that day would never come. All these tv adds that say 3 and a half years and you will be debt free be aware that you are paying them a admin fee to do this.MY ADVICE IS CCCS ALL THE WAY-BELIEVE MY LIFE HAS CHANGE FOREVER BECAUSE OF THEM
THANKYOU DEL2210:beer:0 -
If the TV company is selling you an IVA, then I don't think the creditors will agree to it. Given the amount of equity that you have in your property, they will be wanting 100% of the debt.
BR would not be an option either, as the OR would want to realise the equity in the property (and also as your assets are more than your liabilities you are not technically insolvent).
Please speak to one of the free debt charities to discuss further.0 -
Just spoke to CCCS, thay say give credit cards £1 a month token gesture, and I dont ern enough to live let alone give to other people, so ther advice:
1: open a new bank account so credit cards cant nick me money,
2: Speak to my morgauge company and see if thay will revert it to a intrest only.
3: get a lodger
And call them back when this is all done
Cool lets see what hapends
