I ordered 26th August & it arrived last week (prob Tuesday or Wednesday).

I ordered on 26th and have just phoned up to see where it is as I've not had any dispatch e-mails etc and its only just got to the hdnl sorting office today! On the phone the person just said 'it should be with you by the end of the week'.

Ordered 3 items on Friday 27th Aug, 1 delivered Friday 3rd Sept , 2 still awaiting picking. Not a very good service ! Surely its cheaper to send 3 items in 1 package !

I didn't get any e-mails. I didn't even get the usual 'thanks for signing up' e-mail, but I'm logged in and can see my order status.

Whats the betting that it'll come tomorrow or the day after, the only days I'm going to be out for ages! As much as royal mail are crap, to miss a private courier delivery is far more hassle than missing a royal mail delivery.
