Rising rents and rising taxes are almost certain. I just do not see why this property boom could ever let up.
Bit of a dodgy prediction there (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

The 'property market' is our national disease, the whole world laughs at our obsession with houses, apart of course from America where it all began (our wonderful allies who have helped us so much in this financial crisis with their rock solid financial model...). If I were prime minister I would arrest anyone who is or has been a so called 'property developer' and get them harvesting stones from a field. Its all right for well off upper and middle class folks but for those on less than 15k a year there is now no chance of ever owning a home.0
