First of all contact ccs, dont pay for debt managment. It maybe worth you looking at a dro been honest as you have no actual assets.

    Hi sarjo95,

I am quite new on this board but have read a lot of threads. A DRO is a debt relief order. I don't know anything about how they work but I'm sure you can google it and hopefully someone with more knowledge will reply to you on here to help you out. Good luck.

I don't think you will qualify for a dro, as far as I am aware it is only if you have £50 or less spare a month for the debts after you have paid all essential living expenses. An iva would possibly be an option but you would need to take advice on this.
First of all I would get rid of the debt company you are with. You are paying them £35 a month that could be going towards your debts. Just to clarify as your debt list is a little confusing - are you paying £360 to your debts as listed there or £150 to this debt company? And if they are doing you a dmp why are some companies getting nothing?
Would advise speaking to a free debt company like cccs or payplan who would be able to do the same thing for you but wouldn't charge a fee. They will also be able to go through your options and advise what they think would be the best option for you.

Get rid of debt fixers and speak to NDL, CAP or CCCS about you debts.

They can advise what is most appropriate, possibly a DMP, possibly a DRO or straight bankruptcy. You do not lok as if owe enough or have enough surplus to make an IVA a viable option.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

Hi Sarjo - you might have missed a few things off your SOA - have a look at the SOA at make sense of cards - for example you have nothing for water?, council tax (paid by benefits?), transport?, medical expenses - no dentist/opticians/prescriptions - ever?
You need to make sure you budget is accurate and viable otherwise when expenses crop up they will throw you.
I would agree with the others - get free advice - debt fixers (however good they are are taking money that could be going towards your debts).

    Hi podperson

I pay debt fixers £150 a month and all my debts are getting paid with them, the £360 was what i was paying before i went with debt fixers,so where there are no payments i wasnt paying anything to that debt. I know it was confusing sorry it was confusing for me doing it lol,i just want to sort the debts myself really..
