Broken Tacos

Gah! Have found that my pack of tacos have been crushed and broken into smaller pieces.

Any ideas of what I can do with them?

yeah, just warm them a bit ( in a pyrex with tin foil on a low oven for 10 mins)

then turn them into impromtu nachos? Sour cream, chilli the usual .

Or if they are really turned into crumbs you could make like a crumble style topping my sprinking on top of chilli/ rice/ sour cream

yes i crumble them over maybe a mince dish and grate some cheese over them and pop them back in the oven, scrummy...

LOL! I deliberately smash them up to do this. They're delish over chilli.

put them on a baking tray, cook a tin of tomatoes with garlic and onion then put on top of nachos then shread a cooked chicken chicken fillet and throw on top, grate loads of cheese on top of that and cook in the oven - looooovvvveeee this while watching a dvd - kind of a mexican pizza

make a tortilla soup with chicken,coriander, chilli and avocado. Put the nachos in the bottom of the bowl and pour the soup over.
