i've just got my credit report back from Experian and have a few queries on it.
I went througth a IVA about two years ago and thought everything was settled but see three entries on their from a firm called Max recovery for sums I know nothing about,does anyone know of this company and if so do they have a contact number?

Total debt 2003 £29658
Debt now £ 21 but haggling!,Haggled now gone up!
Sorry,forgot the bloody card!!!!!!,was £6000 now down to £4896,now down to £3198,now £2756!

They probably will have bought the 'insolvent' debt and are recievig the share of yout IVA payments, Big lenders often sell the accounts on for pennies in the pound, max would buy it and see if they can get a greater amount of pennies for it.0

Went straight to experian,hopefully they'll sort it out,say it'll be about 8 days,I thought the credit agencies talked to each other,my equifax file shows it!Total debt 2003 £29658
