I use a "Venus Embrace" mannual razor with removable heads, which are £14ish for 6. Are there any cheaper heads that are compatible?
That's in Boots, btw.

I paid £7 in Morrisons for four last week:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

ebay usually sell a 6-pack for around £11+p&p - not much of a saving, but better than nothing
or try your local market, mine sells most of the fancy blades, unboxed for about £5 for 10 - as yet, i havent noticed that they are fakes, but then again, as long as it shaves, and doesnt nic, thats all i can hope for

the embrace ones, only come in packs of 3 or 6, so those must have been just the bog standard ones, and if they were £7 is slightly more than all other supermarkets

Just checked and they were Venus Divine, are they the bog standard ones? if they are they are excellent and I would recommend them if you want to save a few quid:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
Just use Terry's tip and you might never need to buy razor heads again....

I am trying it at the moment and i'm 5 weeks into using a Gilette Fusion (mens) razor head and no sign of it giving up yet (although its early days admittedly). I think the heads are supposed to last 6 weeks but I do have thick stubble although only shave every other day.0
