Has anyone heard of this company?
They phoned my husband last night and was asking about his finances, he told them he was fine and put the phone down on them.
Is it likely that one of his creditors have passed his details to this company?
He is currently on a debt management plan with CCCS

If your husband hasn't heard of them, I would guess that they are just touting for business and he was right to put the phone down
