• 1. The Promoter of the of the competition is UK Energy Saving (www.uk-energy-saving.com).
• 2. Two winners will receive an adult entry ticket for the Eden Project valid for one day plus an Eden Project DVD.
• 3. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• 4. Entries can also be submitted by emailing the answers to the survey questions to [EMAIL="prizedraw@uk-energy-saving.com"]prizedraw@uk-energy-saving.com[/EMAIL]. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not received. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• 5. Only one entry per person.
• 6. Submitted contact details will be added to UK Energy Saving’s electronic mailing list (from which entrants can unsubscribe at any time) and made available to the Eden Project. Personal details will not be passed onto any third parties.
• 7. The closing date for entries is 7th August 2010. Winners will be selected at random and will be notified by email within two weeks of the closing date. The name of the winners may be posted on www.uk-energy-saving.com or uk-energy-saving.blogspot.com but no other contact details will be published.
• 8. Answers to survey questions may be posted on www.uk-energy-saving.com or uk-energy-saving.blogspot.com but no names or contact details will be published in relation to this.
• 9. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 10. It is a condition of entry that the rules of the competition are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules.
