Where do I stand?

Right, situation of 14/06/06 is now as follows
Finished dealing with GP!
Phoned all creditors for information on accounts and have sent out letters.
Out of the 12 creditors 9 did not have ANY up to date contact information
5 were not informed that it was a DMP subsequently interest and charges were still being applied until today.
and one creditor has not recieved any payments because GP did a typo n the account number so subsequently there are MORE charges and interest.
I have complained but realistically where do I stand with GP
Sam
P.S
Managed to speak to 3 of the creditors to get a reduced settlement and have saved £450 of £900
PPS If I do this myself I will be debt free in 11 months or less WOOHOO!

Before wondering where you stand, I'd ask yourself what you feel is a reasonable resolution.
Their terms and conditions are outlined on their web site (tiny link 'business conditions' at the bottom), so I'd itemise where they have breached these, and define what compensation/reparation you think is reasonable.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Ok had a quick look

do you think I could ask for the initial fee back and the last 8 months of there payments as thats when there service ceased to be any good!
