Reduce your fat intake is the only consistently proved method there is its that simple. Some can lose it easier then others but look at your diet, then take out the fatty badness for a while and it will go away. Then you can start eating naughties again in moderation when its flat

Agree with all the others, exercise (cardio, get your heart rate up, keep it up and fat will burn) and diet is always the key. Of course working those abs with crunches etc. will be beneficial but fat is fat and abs are muscles - two different things and you can work your muscles as much as you want but if there is fat over the top of them it will stay there.
If you are a size 10 then honey you can't possibly be as big as you think you are, otherwise anything you have to button up you'd need in bigger sizes which you don't.
I honestly cannot figure how anyone in size 10 clothing would not wear a bikini on holiday. I think back to a line from the Baz Luhrmann song back in the 90s:
"Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not
understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded.
But trust me, in 20 years you’ll look back at photos of yourself and
recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before
you and how fabulous you really looked….You’re not as fat as you

If it's fat deal with the extra, if it's just a general sagginess then it can be improved by working on your core muscles - it won't make it look like a six pack but toning up your inner core will lift you up and help your posture making your stomach area look flatter.
